- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process a return request.
- Customers must provide valid reasons for the return, including incorrect product delivery or damage during shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Food items, including pickles (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and traditional Indian food products.
- Natural medicines and health & personal care products.
3. Replacement Policy
- Some eligible products can be replaced only if they are found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- If a replacement is not available, we will provide a store credit that can be used for future purchases on Sirislotus.com.

4. Process for Returns & Replacements
- Customers must email contact@sirislotus.com with their order details and images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, the customer will be informed about the return pickup (if applicable) or the return shipping instructions.
- If the product meets our return criteria, a replacement will be processed.
- If the product does not qualify for a return or replacement, the request will be denied.
Refund Policy for Sirislotus.com
1. No Refund Policy
- Sirislotus.com does not offer any refunds for returned or canceled orders.
- Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
2. Product Fees & Charges
- We do not refund any product fees, shipping charges, or transaction processing fees.
- In case of an issue with the order, we may offer a replacement or store credit, but no monetary refund will be processed.
3. Exceptions
- In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or operational issues, Sirislotus.com may cancel the order and provide a full refund at its discretion.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
