2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Natural medicines and health & personal care products.

3. Replacement Policy

  3. If the product meets our return criteria, a replacement will be processed.
  4. If the product does not qualify for a return or replacement, the request will be denied.
